ALL locations?Little Pub isn't breaking any ground with their Frank's red hot and butter based sauce but they are consistently very good.
ALL locations?
I second TKs - also like 'Two in the Pool' at Eli Cannons. Too much whirl in J. Timothy's for my taste, but dirty is solid.
Seconded on Bidwell. Still a cool local place to hang out, but the wings are not at all what they used to be ten years ago. I've never eaten anything that rivals J. Timothys, but that's just my opinion.
Because they fry them before the sauce and there whole wings, Hooters
Agree.
Black Duck in Westport. Get them wet then charred under salamander.
50 cents wings at the bow and arrow bar @ Mohegan Sun.
MoveAny suggestions for the southeastern area?
Hot Rod's on Bank St. in New London. Good wing selection and Nice porch overlooking the Thames.Any suggestions for the southeastern area?
Huh...I didn't know people actually went to Hooters for the wings.
There is no such thing as a boneless wingThe boneless wings at Wing It On in Middletown on route 66 are fantastic. They are like 10 for $16, but are well worth it. Lots of real good wings in CT.
I have had great wings at J. TIM'S, Dew Drop Inn and the Bidwell. The Bidwell isn't as consistent as it used to be years ago though.
Whatever they are, they kick ass. There is no such thing as a boneless wing

It's a chicken tender with buffalo sauce.
Which is fine. I enjoy good tendies with sauce on occasion.Think I've mentioned this on here before, but I'm a wing nerd that has a monthly crew that goes to a different place each time and one guy consistently tries to refer to "boneless wings" as wings.
It's a tender with sauce!

It’s not a boneless wing! A boneyard lawyer needs to file a class action against the restaurant industry for fraud.
