The difference in expected and actual winning pcts is basically how managerial performance should be viewed.
The Dodgers were smart in adding David Freese for the final push. But that's the GM. Even with Kenley Jansen, Roberts' management of his bullpen has been pretty awful all season. OTOH, Counsell has been superb with the Brewers, picking up more than a couple of wins through his in-game personnel moves and game tactics.
