Now that's a little more like it...keep em coming! His request was like a cry for help, so let's help him come up with a good new handle.

The deal with SMU is transitioning from brown. Theres no doubt the guy can recruit and coach. But is he building a foundation for the next coach? This could become a rough and tumble league if Houston and SMU start snagging people. With UConn, Cincy, Temple and Memphis, it could get interesting quickly.

Guess who is changing their name to Dirk McSweatydong?!no way he goes to SMU, the mods can change my name to whatever they want for a month if he does, that said imagine if he did choose smu. that'd be crazy!
Larry brown stinks. Ask carmelo and lebron about Athens

Is there something out there that says that's his choice?
O.K. should the Boneyard have a contest for his new name? Fishy or Deepster can be the judge and then implement the change.no way he goes to SMU, the mods can change my name to whatever they want for a month if he does, that said imagine if he did choose smu. that'd be crazy!
If EM commits to SMU I wouldn't be surprised to see Myles Turner open his recruitment back up to SMU. Stranger things have happened. EM has been a Kentucky priority for a while. Love to see him bail on the Kentucky offer. That would be sweet.
I'm hoping your failed assessment about recruiting continues.this is going to be fun, guess i'll go all in with the profile pic change. why not

Agree. But when SMU hired him, they only did it for instant credibility. I would hope the school knowing this would have put in place a transition plan. Whether announced or not, they should already have a successor in mind.Larry Brown has never cared about how or when he left a school/franchise.

I wonder what they are telling recruits. Calhouns last two years were focused on if he was retiring, when, who would replace him etc... Can't be long for brown and SMU to have the same questions.
How the heck to you keep up with all these esoteric facts? And I originally intended to use the word that rhymes with pluck instead of heck! The ass't coach left his HC job at Illinois St. knowing he was SMU's next coach. It's stipulated in his contract.

And just like that, Myles Turner, consensus top-10 recruit, has SMU back on his list:

Myles Turner told me last night SMU is now in the equation after Emmanuel Mudiay's commitment. He may take an official visit to Mustangs.
