My personal worst is Christmas because of the peppermint bark that stuff is so addicting I get hooked to it for a month lol.

Why worst? Those are the only "candy" holidays.

You must not have kids under 10. There is candy for every holiday including groundhog day and Ram Navami

Grinch. I had a 100 a year for 30 years.

I've never seen commercials or ads for groundhogs day. But I have always felt the pork industry is missing out on a great opportunity: They should hijack groundhogs day - ground hog burgers, ground hog sausages ... endless possibilities.

7 chocolate coins, 2 mini bags of jelly beans and a sack of unicorn poop should definitely lead to a solid attitude for my 4 year old. All before we even get to grandma's house.

I like candy so I can't agree with the general disdain for the holidays themselves but I will say the worst candies for each are:

Halloween (tie) - Candy Corns and Tootsie Rolls

Easter - Peeps by a mile

Valentine's Day - Those chalky little candy hearts with the messages on them.

Most of my wife's family is buddhist, with some catholic sprinkled in. Ironically, they happily celebrate christian holidays. Easter dinner today and half the house won't be christian. Most major holidays with religious ties have crossed over from "religious holiday" to holiday.

I hated candy corn as a kid. But now, I eat it like it was...

What's that expression again?

Oh yeah. Like it was candy!

Tootsie rolls are facking awesome. Check your head.

Peeps are the worst. Same with those chalky hearts; gotta get the sweet tart hearts instead.

But now we can't call it Christmas anymore. Heathens.

Why do people like Cadbury Cream Eggs? What's wrong with these people?

Must be like Cilantro. For some people tastes like soap.

They're just looking for another day on the calendar to party it up and eat.

Tootsie rolls are gross. Sludgey, waxy, half chocolate tasting, pieces of goose turd that they package up for your consumption. It's like they scrapped up the residue from the upper walls of the vats of the chocolatiers of the most ill repute just to try to make an extra buck.

Tootsie rolls are God's stools. aka Mana from heaven.
