OR vs MD game thread

I'm just shocked at how sluggish MD looks. I keep repeating myself because I can't believe it.
OR is really confusing them by slowing down the game - reminds me of our old Big East foes Villanova.

Maryland with 13 fouls and Oregon with only 9 but one Duck has four.
On rebounds surprisingly they are identical on offense and defensive boards!

Thinking their big sitting and Jones trying to get the act together. Is Maryland's Destiny to be a win or a loss. I hope the latter, if only to hear Brenda's graceless carping.

Not having seen Maryland play this year, do they have the mentality to make these adjustments? Brenda sounds panicked in the locker room. Not inspiring at all.

You're right. Dare we suggest that Brenda is being out-coached in this game?

Oregon has to make shots and not turn the ball over. The lefty for Oregon missed three straight shots from the same point, and someone else missed a layup. That can't happen if they want to win.

, what a heartbreaker this game has been! Shades of the Washington second-round game last year.

The one joyful result of that game was watching Washington go on to the Final Four. Losing to the best is a little consolation. It wouldn't hurt to watch this awesome Oregon team continue their Cinderella run, if that's what's happening here.

This game looks over. MD has turned the ball over 17x. They've stuck to the 2/3 which has allowed OU to shoot and hit open 3's. Kimbrough has looked terrible. Slocum has looked average.

These three freshmen and one sophomore for Oregon are for real. Whatever happens today or later, they start the rankings next season in the Top 5. They have been transformed!!
