Olivia Nelson-Ododa

Excellent. Anyone got a replay of the selection?

And the fact that Christyn and Olivia both hail from SEC territory makes this all the sweeter.
We are cleaning up in the South! What do you think about that, Maya?

That is very, very true. WCBB will be competitive with the usual suspects, but there will be no trough for UConn, like there has been after other great runs. UConn is locked and loaded and ready to take on all comers. Geno & Co hasn't missed a beat.
So I'm just visualizing the roster for next year:
Seniors: Lou, Pheesa, Azurá
Juniors: Crystal, Batouly, Bent, Irwin
Sophomores: Walker, Coombs, Gordon, AEH
Freshmen: Williams, ONO

That looks like 7, maybe more, collegiate All-Americans.

Batouly will be a junior in basketball eligibility and you are leaving out the Mag girl. She will commit in the Spring.

Attention Baby Bruney! Look what’s building in Storrs. There IS room for at least one more. Why wait?

You're right. Why wait? Commit to UConn now!!

it's very possible ONO wouldn't have committed if Charli stayed a UConn recruit, so for those that took the philosophical route after that defection it should be a rewarding feeling indeed......

Yep Charlie, this is a sometimes overlooked dynamic in bigtime recruiting. Example: Had EDD stayed, would it have made the recruitment of Stewie less likely at all? I surely do not know.

All good. Now on to a full court press for baby Bruney.

No clue what she’s thinking of all this, but reasonably sure she will have noticed. And it doesn’t take a genius (and that’s a good thing for me) to realize that UConn will have an opening at her position.

I've wanted her more than any recruit. She's such a top quality person, humanitarian and such a good player. I'm 100% crossing my fingers. Her skill set will be much needed as KLS departs.
