Well, we hear that about once/year from a top recruit. And exactly how many of them (besides Curl) go on to become doctors? I love the fact that she's dreaming that way and it may well--as you suggest--affect her choice. But wherever she goes to college, she is facing extraordinary strong headwinds about medical school and she ought to factor that in.

Her high school is 24 miles from the UGA campus. I also think I read somewhere that said she goes to Athens for her rehab multiple days a week.

Yep. She does. Her parents are big UGA supporters as well. I don't think that's enough to make it a determining factor.. but it could be. We'll find out soon.
