Hoping that Texas, SCar, and LSU play a lot of games with each other in the schedule reveal but I am not holding my breath.

Is this for real. Umich vs SC to start the season.

Michigan versus Texas in Vega$ is what we were told last week.
Texas will face South Carolina twice and both LSU and Tennessee only at home

Love the Texas-South Carolina double play. Good job by the SEC.
What was the Longhorn Attendance like this past year? I have little doubt we will sell out for Texas in Columbia.I think the fans love it just for the sake of seeing projected highly ranked teams battle twice, especially those wanting to attend the game(s) in person. Not sure the head coaches who are battling for a conference championship love it, knowing that every win/loss matters in the conference standings. Will be interesting to see if this strategy used by the schedule-makers for this coming season will be the same for future seasons.

You can go ahead and guarantee that. LSU maybe too, though it won't have quite the current it did last season. What was the Longhorn Attendance like this past year? I have little doubt we will sell out for Texas in Columbia.

They will want to and Welcome to the SEC by the way. SEC schools travel well. I have been to basketball, football and baseball venues where the opposing SEC team's fans takeover a venue. Bama fans in football can absolutely take over a stadium if the home fans don't buy the tickets. Same with Kentucky basketball. I was at a Tennessee game in Knoxville where Thompson Boiling seats 24 thousand. At that game I bet there were at least 15 thousand UK fans.Well, Texas had a dreadful non-conference home schedule last season with the exception of UConn; attendance for that game was 10,763. In the 2 seasons playing in the new Moody Center, the upper level has not been opened for any home games; perhaps that changes this coming season to raise capacity for games against SC, LSU, and Tennessee to 15,000.

Kentucky Women's Basketball's Way-Too-Early SEC Results - Away
It's time to look at Kentucky's SEC away schedule and how the 'Cats might fare against conference teams in unfamiliar territory.www.on3.com
They don’t bring any titles to the conference. They bring title winning schools. Fine distinction, but it matters.Well, Texas and Oklahoma can bring a lot of “ adopted” titles in football and baseball to the SEC. Kinda like the Big’s Wbb title from Maryland - and baseball titles from U$C and UCLA.
While this is true, it seems conferences will try to claim titles won by member schools when they were in other conferences. Ask the Big 10 how many women's volleyball championships they have and they'll probably try to sneak in a handful of Nebraska's from when they were in the Big 8/12.They don’t bring any titles to the conference. We want Oklahoma and Texas baseball championships included in theSEC totals ,While this is true, it seems conferences will try to claim titles won by member schools when they were in other conferences. The media also tends to lump in accomplishments from prior conferences when stating stats and streaks. Like I could see Texas's 2005 national championship in football being lumped in with the rest of the SEC football national championships as part of a stat showcasing the SEC dominance in football. Things like that...While this is true, it seems conferences will try to claim titles won by member schools when they were in other conferences. This kinda got me hyped. Im interested in this team. They sortve become underrated. When you think about the talent of Jewel Spear, whitehorn, Coop, Latham, and Hollingshead. Spencer, Wells, Pucket. They have a solid roster. Its just they need a couple of those players to make a learning from really solid rotation players to like all conference team members imo.
