Wow so hard to read with all tbe extra capital letters
Sorry about that!. I tend to use 'caps' to provide emphasis.
I not a "shouter", i.e. using caps, by any stretch of imagination!
The conference championship should be very enlightening and
entertaining. GO HUSKIES!!!

See additional information under this thread topic, i.e. # 43, about UNC Starter Reniya. Kelly was also "out" for this game vs DUKE. Do you think that
UCONN, or any team, might lose a game to a quality opponent if TWO of the HUSKY

starters were unable to play? I think so. Both teams UNC and DUKE are VERY GOOD. The UNC loss however must in viewed in the CONTEXT of my original comment: thread # 14. The Tar Heels were down TWO Critical Players.

MEH.

Possibly, but I sure wouldn't be going into a thread POINTING that out. Anyway, I doubt the two teams will meet again this season, but I would love to see it in Greensboro. There are few things finer than knocking off the Evil Empire in the ACC Tournament.

Regional was in Hartford, lol. Penn State was not happy about that
Uconn completly shut down Kelly Mazzanti in that game. No matter where it was played penn state was not gonna win with mazzanti in tears during the game.

ND really has 4 bad losses this year or at least losses that were surprising based on the talent of their roster. The only way SC gets a 1 seed in the end if if they win the SEC or UCLA loses twice to USC. UConn has a great chance at a 1 and really could end the season right where they started, at the 2 position. Still a lot of basketball to play and potentially a lot of excuses from CC for the teams he favors.
In the SEC, the regular season champion is recognized as the legit champion and the tournament champion is for automatic bid. The ACC recognize their tournament champion as the true champion. Sc needs to beat Kentucky tomorrow and if Texas win tomorrow there would be co- champions in the SEC. Is that what you mean by winning the SEC?

The UNC was without TWO starters: Allyssa Utsby 6'1" and
without another STARTER: # 10 Reniya Kelly, 5'7" Sophomore
Guard who had started 28 out of 28 games. Kelly's FG % is .436, her
three point % is .419 and her free throw % is .857 with a 10.1 ppg average.
Please note: her assist total is 63, her turnover total is 36 with an A/T.O.
ratio of 1.75. So Utsby was not the only factor in UNC's loss to
DUKE. The source of this information is the UNC WBB webpage.
check the source by going to the UNC webpage and clicking "NEWS" and read the game article. The KELLY data is also from the UNC WBB web page chick on "STATS" (as of 3/1/2025). It should be an interesting ACC Conference TOURNAMENT!
UConn was missing Azzi & Aubrey or Aubrey & Ice for their losses. Let’s just cross our fingers for a healthy team!

NC and Tenn not wanting to host 1st round ncaa games apparently.
Both dealing with key injuries. UNC lost Utsby a few games back and TN lost Cooper today with a bad ankle sprain.
