So... I'm properly over on the BE OOC thread talking about SJU tonight wondering why no one else is watching this game.
Too focused on seeing if Seton Hall would score 60 for the first time this season

Yea Baylor plays like a badly coached team. Which is strange since they are coached by what most would consider a very good head coach. I think Omier has taken 3 threes already. Like why? They also take the wildest drives to the basket I’ve ever seen.
Omier shooting 3s takes him out of his strength at rebounding, just dumb.

When did Arthur Kaluma get to Texas, and when did he turn into a complete beast?
He’s taken the AJ Storr route to college. It didn’t feel that long ago that he was at Creighton and seen as an NBA prospect based on size, then had a meh season exposing his low basketball IQ and poor shooting. Has since bounced to KSt and now Texas. Don’t let a bad Cuse team convince you he’s a beast. The real stud on that team is the freshman, Tre Johnson.

Omier didn’t touch the paint one time on the offensive possession. Drew is utilizing him like he Karaban

And right on cue he scores two buckets when he gets his big *** in the paint

RJ Luis feels like the kind of player Ross can become. Good defender, nice mid range, can put the ball on the floor and make the open three.

Kadari is an interesting fit in Pitinos offense. Feels a better fit for the slow grind half court style as a big physical guard. Looks almost slow at times in the faster pace StJ plays.

We got a game.

If Baylor can get there ish together they can make this a game. SJ made 8 threes and dominated yet are only up 14. Feels like they should be up more.
Felt it coming. They have a fight now

I know there was a lot of talk about VJ being one of the kids that could challenge Cooper for the first pick of the draft along with the Rutgers kids, but am not seeing it at all. He is a raw athlete. I’m sure he’s a highlight reel play waiting to happen, but as far as all around game and polish, not seeing it.

STJ doing everything they can to blow this one between throwing the ball away, giving up offensive rebounds off free throws.

The 6 point possession with 3:40 left killed St. John's. Baylor was allowed to mug guys across the arm and they got every single bounce and loose ball. Bummer

I feel like they played that Lil Durk song for the past half hour. Also, where the hell have Devion Smith, RJ Luis, and Wilcher been the past half hour? Sick of watching Kadary with the ball. Let the other guards so something and get it down low to Ejiofor

Ejifor at this point 40 minutes in looks gassed. Is doing nothing on boards or defensively to help preserve lead.
