Going into the game, Rutgers' Grant/Davis combined for 29.8 ppg.

Tonight, they scored a combined 8 points on 3-for-16 shooting.

They won big with Calipari, who was cheating. That is as relevant as records that happened for the shot clock or 3 pointer. Memphis has good NIL, for a mid-major, but their competition is terrible, there is no exposure, and while I don't know their payroll, it seems unlikely they can compete financially with any major conference program that is remotely trying.
