We back Holly!
Four more years!

Tennessee has raised its level and Notre Dame looks more like Tennessee. Arike was 1-6 in 1Q and Mabrey was 0-3 with 2 turnovers and sat the last few minutes.

With Mabrey, Shepard, and Arike going 2-13 combined, that could have been worse.

But now Tennessee is engaged in the game.

However: Brewing foul trouble for TN's posts: C. Green and Kushkituah both have 2 fouls.

I feel like Holly would pull off this upset, then go on a mini streak in SEC play

But then disappoint at the end of the year

.-.
So now all 3 of Tennessee's posts have 2 fouls each (C Green, KK, and Collins).

Why doesn’t Tennessee play like this every night? ...I see Notre Dame has trouble playing against zone

Z Green playing her best game of the season by far. Already with 13 points in mid-2Q, and also has 3 assists. Westbrook has been relatively (for her) quiet, only 5 pts so far.

.-.
The implied caveat to saying ND should win comfortably was *unless they play poorly*.

Doing so many little things wrong right now. Missed layups. Mistimed jumps on rebounds. Stepping out of bounds.

Typically a second half team, though.

I really, really want Jess Shepard to transfer to UConn, puh-leez

"While many are questioning the direction of Warlick's reign as head coach, the public needs to ask itself if it has truly ever permitted her tenure to grow legs of its own.

I realize this is a quote from the article, not your words. How many years does it take? How many should she be given? This is her seventh season. The shadow of Pat's legacy is always going to loom large, but she's now had several recruiting classes go thru. It is her program now.

.-.
Yeah, I think the first half is just setting up Vol fans to have their hopes and dreams crushed.

.-.
The whole ND offense is out of kilter and I don't think it is because of anything Tenn is doing.

That's by far the worst I've seen Notre Dame play since, well, the first half of last year's game vs. Tennessee.

Muffet has been the master of the halftime adjustment in the last couple seasons. Let's see if that bears out here.

Absolutely horrible. It’s like they didn’t even get off the Bus!!! Get Your heads in this!!!

13 more FGA for Tennessee thanks to 10 offensive rebounds and +4 turnover margin.

I feel like if TN could get 10 o-boards and only commit 3 turnovers a half regularly, they wouldn't have lost 5 straight.

What a foul fest on Tennessee's part. Tenn with 11, ND with 3...
