That was before Caldwell.Come on now, I thought we were done with this whole Northwest to Tennessee pipeline.

I wonder if recruits are attracted to the style of play for TN or if they have good NIL. At least you'll know you will play a lot. TN is interesting, they are getting a lot of big-time recruits/transfers. I wonder how prepared her players will be for the pro's. Or if that style of play will be good for player retention.

The Tennessee name also. I think it's a combination of name and style.
I wouldn't count out LSU yet. Two more years of Fulwiley/Williams, a monster freshman class this year and no one works the transfer portal quite like Mulkey does.TN has officially passed up LSU on future of SEC tier moving forward
Great points. There are a lot of different storylines to monitor this year in the SEC. Love it.I wouldn't count out LSU yet. Two more years of Fulwiley/Williams, a monster freshman class this year and no one works the transfer portal quite like Mulkey does.
Kim Caldwell is hauling in some major talent though in Knoxville. If she can coach and develop players, Tennessee could be back in the title hunt again.
I think more than anything, South Carolina is the program with some heat on them now. They have good younger players like Makeer/Edwards but they lose 5 players after this season and have struck out on #1 Saniyah Hall, #2 Oliviyah Edwards and #4 Kate Harpring in the class of 2026.
Ask Kara where did she play again? The Tennessee name? The last time Tennessee did anything, the kid was probably 0-1 years old.
It's the end of the road for the Gamecocks I'm afraid.I wouldn't count out LSU yet. Two more years of Fulwiley/Williams, a monster freshman class this year and no one works the transfer portal quite like Mulkey does.

I don't care. Tennessee hasn't truly been a top program for 20 years. Not only can current recruits not remember that time, they weren't even born yet. That was before Caldwell.
Didn't Tennessee finish in top 15 last year?I don't care. Tennessee hasn't truly been a top program for 20 years. Not only can current recruits not remember that time, they weren't even born yet.
Latson and Okot coming in this year from the portal. Watson coming back next year. Recruiting ain't over yet. Neither is SC.It's the end of the road for the Gamecocks I'm afraid.
No they aren’t. I expect if they have a down class they’ll hit portal super hard but obviously 27 will be a much bigger point of emphasis. It's the end of the road for the Gamecocks I'm afraid.
