About time we got a solid Pol in here. Also helps us meet our annual honkey quota which has really lifted under the Hurley administration.

Seems like a net-neutral defender (per EvanMiya BPR) on a mid-major team that was absolutely horrible on defense (KP rated #311 defense).

At least the team wasn't as porous on defense when he was on the court vs. when he was off the court.

Maybe there’s more guards to come but they seem content with letting County run backup point duties & I’m still surprised by that. Freshmen point guards in Hurleys system have struggled, still think they need another guy can get help facilitate the second unit.

Really does - not like Kentucky which puts them on a conveyor belt with a woman in a blue wig dropping a sack of money on them while Pope crosses his fingers.

Hurley’s hit rate feels close to 100% once he gets them on campus.

Looks like a guy who has played some point and can be a secondary creator. Would take a lot of pressure off relying solely on County to be that guy. Also was previously at UCF and put up reasonable numbers off the bench there his sophomore year.

Won't pretend to have watched him play, but a quick look at highlight clips and glance at his sports reference page, this looks like a pretty good bench CG to compete with County for minutes.

He was the second leading scorer on Wofford. 38% from 3 on more than 7 attempts a game. Spent two years at UCF and didn't play a ton.

We won't be asking him to do as much / too much here. Looks like he can catch and shoot or pull up off the dribble but much more catch and shoot here probably. Limited role, just need him to be effective in it.
