UConn Men's Basketball brought in $10.6 Million from 2023 (source: CT Insider), and while it's grey area how donations are made (e.g., made out to the athletic dept or specific for NIL or just m's basketball or w's basketball program) that it makes guessing our NIL pool laughable. I mean it would be nice to know what Adams is getting for NIL as a 19th/20th best player as it were. Use that as a benchmark. Then if Stewart goes pro we have Abraham and Diakite(who does not have 4 man skills for our system and is unplayable as a developmental freshman) as our 4 man options. We will need to spend for a transfer in the spring anyway. Maybe we need time to raise money and replenish but again, established transfers that are UConn level may be as expensive as highly rated freshman.
Apologies to HS in advance if this was already posted in the preceding 3 pages
And then there was 4. Better math odds than Reibe! I love the slashing Nico. Keep it coming.

Boozers go tomorrow - major domino. If Duke, a variety of shifts. If Miami, Duke re-prioritizes.did all of our targets just put out some news in a hurry. almost like a flurry of dominos

Yeah based on your posts you're pretty much wrong about everything.I thought the Boozer twins were between Miami and Florida ?
I'm curious, how old are you?I thought the Boozer twins were between Miami and Florida ?
Love when HS comes in with the deep provocative personal questions in the public forumI'm curious, how old are you?
. So never mind Bundalo, what do you like for dessert?

WV, Kentucky, Pitt, Xavier, Texas, and KansasSo Niko scratched Kentucky and Kansas. Who are the other two?
That can be the next question after he tells us how old he is.Love when HS comes in with the deep provocative personal questions in the public forum. So never mind Bundalo, what do you like for dessert?

It honestly depends a lot on Stewart’s development this year and whether he is back for his junior year to pair with Abraham or not. It’s very early, but the early returns might point to Ball being more likely to make the jump over Stewart. Which could be a reason why Mullins wants to come here. If Ball declares early, then there is far less of a logjam in the backcourt a year from now.Giacubeno did tell Zanetto "There's not a scenario where they get both" Reibe and Niko-- they will say no to Niko on Wednesday if Reibe commits. I don't get it, since they play different positions. Giacubeno called it "a "crazy lineup" to contemplate playing both at once, but
Bundalo is a true "stretch big" like Pau Gasol and Porzingis, and Reibe a traditional center. These types can play together effectively--think Duncan/Robinson, Giannis/Lopez. A big 4 to replace Karaban might be good--he had 8 rebounds last night.
Reibe says his NBA comparison is Porzingis. He fashions his game after him and is a classic euro stretch big.Giacubeno did tell Zanetto "There's not a scenario where they get both" Reibe and Niko-- they will say no to Niko on Wednesday if Reibe commits. I feel like Bundalo is kind of a Franz Wagner type, while Reibe is more in the mold of Gasol/Porzingis you described.Giacubeno did tell Zanetto "There's not a scenario where they get both" Reibe and Niko-- they will say no to Niko on Wednesday if Reibe commits. That doesn't make any sense. Watching clips of both you can see they are different types of players. Reibe is clearly a 5 who plays close to the basket but can step out and knock down 3s, while Bundalo is more of a face the basket 4, more similar to Karaban, who moves well with and without the ball and can take it to the basket or knock down Js. Bundalo has okay size to give you some minutes at the 5, but doesn't look like a 5.Giacubeno did tell Zanetto "There's not a scenario where they get both" Reibe and Niko-- they will say no to Niko on Wednesday if Reibe commits. It's not that people here can't see them playing together, it's that UConn has publicly said 2 guards and 1 big for this class. And beyond that, there's a finite number of minutesI don’t understand why ppl can’t see Bundalo & Reibe playing together they compliment each other very well … both can shoot & pass I think Bundalo has the higher motor & will be better defensively but with Karaban & johnson gone I don’t see why UConn can’t bring in both especially with the scholarship expanding plus I believe will have a player transfer out next year (unfortunately)

I don't know where people are getting these takes from on Reibe. He's a face up Euro center.Reibe is not a traditional center lol.
Traditional centers don't do stuff like this as high school juniors:

Could be true. But Dan is still recruiting him and apparently we lead for him and FurphyIt's not that people here can't see them playing together, it's that UConn has publicly said 2 guards and 1 big for this class. And beyond that, there's a finite number of minutes
