Two quadruple headers (or four doubleheaders). Thanks!

I hope we have good announcers in Kingston.

They announced who was doing the regionals last week. I can only remember that Rebecca was in Raleigh.

Beth Mowins & Stephanie White from IA
Dave Pasch & Debbie Antonelli from CA
Pam Ward & Rebecca Lobo from NC
Dave OBrien & Doris Burke from RI

Unfortunately, no Mike Patrick, so there will be no references to Tiffany Faris or Caroline Hayes.

assume those are Eastern times. :)

Debbie A. LOVES the west coast region her beloved ACC teams sent there (MD in 2008 and now Duke). I'm not a fan of hers, but she has been good luck for the Cardinal.

Never thought that Debbie A. was much of a Duke fan.

Debbie is an ACC fan generally, but I wouldn't say she favors Duke over other ACC teams.

couple of 11 seeds to the sweet 16 which is awesome.

4 one seeds
4 two seeds
2 three seeds (Delaware and Miami went down)
2 four seeds (Purdue and Georgia went down)
2 five seeds
2 eleven seeds

i'm not sure people can really say "Parity has arrived", but it was cool seeing the upsets of the higher seeds. and Marist (13 seed) almost took out the 5 seed Bonnies to make the sweet 16.

And green bay almost took out Kentucky. Not to mention SJU-Creighton.

The chalk has held form for the most part.......GA, what a joke with No Coach Andy..........IMO there will be 50% upsets this weekend. This is the toughest round to win......

Calhoun or is it Geno? always said the 2nd game of the weekend, Elite Eight, is the hardest game.

My pt was she loves the ACC which of course includes Duke. I wasn't saying she likes one ACC team over another, simply that she likes Duke.

Yeah, despite the two #11 seeds, this year has the standard 12 #1-#4 seeds in the Sweet 16, which is much more than last year's 9 in a wilder year. And though the Sweet 16 matches feature 6 games with heavy favorites, the following four Elite 8 games should feature some fairly even matchups if form holds.

Two Cinderellas! Will either get a glass slipper to dance into the Elite 8? Zags have the best shot I think.

Well she keeps announcing Elizabeth Williams as the National "Freshman of the year". I didn't think any National awards were announced yet ;)

EWill and KML have such different games it's hard to pick one over the other. on a very talented Duke team, EW leads in scoring at 14.2 PPG, 8+ RPG, and starts with over 30 minutes per game played.

KML comes off the bench, averages only 27 MPG, but is scoring 15+ PPG, 5 RPG and 2 APG. her per minute averages are slightly better. it's sort of like asking who's better - Diana or Maya? different games, both great players, both leading their teams.

Do we have a time for the March 27 Kingston game? If not, any sense for when (presumably) ESPN will schedule that game? We have tickets and a dog!

its the early 7pm game..... the raleigh game is the 9pm game. I ranted on this board a few months back (when i thought Duke was headed to Raleigh)... how it didnt make sense to have both of the Eastern standard time zone regionals scheduled on the same day....

We're Delaware, Miami, Purdue, and Georgia all "exposed?" or just Delaware? Miami lost by 11 and many were sure they were far better.

But to be fair to Miami... they played 3.000 miles from home in a Hornets nest... without a first team All-ACC player who was suspended.

Absolutely, neither Delaware nor Miami should be disparaged as exposed or a poser. That is the overall point.
