That definitely can happen…I think the purpose set for this thread has gone way way off course.

Next Ali Patberg?Didn’t play in ‘20-21 or ‘21-22. Averaged 7-8 mpg in ‘19-20 and ‘18-19.
OTOH, if she'd stayed at ND she probably would have transferred by now. After all, literally every single recruit from her class (2018 - Gilbert, Nixon, Cosgrove and Prohaska) and the class below (2019 - Brunelle and Peoples) have...She should have never wavered on ND… not surprised by this at all, seems to be a familiar trend each year.
She and Hyman will be a nightmare for ACC opponents. They both are guick on guick on both ends of the floor. Was hoping to see this happen. Can't picture her playing for someone else other than Legette-Jack. Think it's cool she'll be in the ACC for a season. She's getting an opportunity to play against some great guards this season. Looking forward to seeing how she does.

You might be in for a surprise FLJ is a very good coach, and she has more talent on this team, then she had at Buffalo. And they gave Tennessee a battle, but didn't have enough good players.I look forward to watching them take a big L on their trip to Durham. Celeste Taylor's revenge game. View attachment 75972
this thread will be locked by the time we play, so no one can bump this if Syracuse wins.
I really like this pick up. I feel like she's super solid and just didnt get a lot of minutes. Could potentially start
Really hard, because there's just about no one else on the roster to pick from!Hard not to feel like the pick in the bottom right of her post is ND's starting lineup for next year.

And she's a sophomore giving them a player for a few years, not a one year term.I like Watson for ND. Gives them size and strength inside that's much needed. She needs to improve her play immensely though if ND has a shot at being a Final Four team. More minutes may help her confidence and help her find her stride. She also needs to improve everything about free throw shooting. Sub 40% for her career.
I agree. Kylee has a way to go if she is to be a starter vs. a solid reserve. She got decent minutes at Oregon, always played hard, and is a good rebounder. Her defense is ok, but she fouls way too much. Her moves around the basket were decent but predictable so her shot got blocked more than it should have, and her free throws--about as bad as one could imagine. But she improved quite a bit from her first year to her second, a very good sign imo for the future.I like Watson for ND. Gives them size and strength inside that's much needed. I like your analysis here. As far as bigs in the portal go, you could do worse than Watson—and ND was not in a position to be choosey.I agree.
