Who was the MWC supposed to play in that bowl???

First year bowl --- Conference USA or SunBelt alternate tie-in

Compared to the other G5 conferences the AAC has some decent bowls and opponents. Wins over FSU Auburn and Pitt will look nicely heading into next year....where hopefully we can be in play for a conference championship game.

Hoping that this is first step for UConn football and I can go to a bowl next year as this year is out with family visiting from the 24th through the 27th for the Holiday. Rats.

BYU plays in Vegas about as often as UNLV. Other than that it's super odd.
