Why does Vandy have the same school song as Chapel Hill ?? 😡😡😡😡
That was an interesting with South Carolina & starters. Like you are up 40 plus, why your starters still on the floor? Is South Carolina's depth so compromised as to require keeping front-line starters in the game until 5:30 left in the 4th quarter while leading by 67?
Cal Baptist keeping it close for now.Okie St. about to take care of Princeton. It's gonna all fall on Cal Baptist's shoulders. Last mid major remaining. Against UCLA I give them just about a 0% chance. Cinderella is officially dead.
Actually I thought UVA’s win was a pretty big “upset”. They barely made the tournament, won the play in by 2 points, and two days later beat a 7 seed who’d been off for well over a week. Given how UVA played at the end of the season (lost their last 3), I got pretty excited about it. But I realize you’re more talking about non power conference teams upsetting someone.Syracuse took out Iowa St. After 100% chalk yesterday, we have a few small upsets today. Although a #10 over a #7 and a #9 over a #8, especially when both are P4 teams, is hard to get too excited about. But at least it's not all chalk.
I would love to see them pull off the upset.Cal Baptist keeping it close for now.
That would probably be one of, if not the biggest, March Moments ever! It would replace Stanford's March Madness upsetI would love to see them pull off the upset.
A cocks fan said it’s because they have a short bench tonight. That was an interesting with South Carolina & starters. Like you are up 40 plus, why your starters still on the floor?
I continue to be unimpressed by Iowa. They definitely have Michigans number, they beat OSU, that’s it. Them and Michigan are 2 seeds because the fall off after LSU and Vandy is dramatic. It was in another thread, but like I said before Iowa whipped Michigan twice in the last few weeks. I have no problem with them being a 2 seed. Maybe today was just a bad day for them?
I don’t know why I find this so funny, if you can’t win the tourney at least you can have the highest MOV?!?!LSU won 116-58. You can always count on Mulkey to run up the score as much as possible against an overmatched opponent.
Yeah, I get that. Nice for UVa fans. Syracuse feels like a bit of an underdog story too.Actually I thought UVA’s win was a pretty big “upset”. They barely made the tournament, won the play in by 2 points, and two days later beat a 7 seed who’d been off for well over a week. Given how UVA played at the end of the season (lost their last 3), I got pretty excited about it. But I realize you’re more talking about non power conference teams upsetting someone.
I think they’re going to have real problems when they face a top tier team.Well, it looks like UCLA woke up after halftime. Q3 is a landslide. What is that about don't poke the bear?
And West Virginia had 13,000.I am just waiting for the Coach Close post game presser so that she can address the LA crowd. We put 10,355 in the Barn, Coach!!
Way to show up, West Virginia!! West Virginia folks gonna show up no matter what! Love to see those numbers. And West Virginia had 13,000.
The Big 10 is the new Pac 12.B1G went 11-1 in First Round games so a bit more than 1/3 of the teams in Second Round. Some like my Oregon Ducks and USC have zero chance of advancing but good showing for the conference to this point.
Interesting to hear. I’ve watched 2 games all year of Tennessee and came away thinking Cooper was great. Scanning her game log I guess I caught 2 of her top 5 scoring games. Had 23/11/7 in the opener an 24/6/2 the other day in the 2 games I saw of her.I’ve watched plenty. She’s had way too many no shows. She’s zoned out numerous times. For her sake, she needs to hit the portal to improve her W stock
Holy smokes!! I just remember watching the score at halftime, I believe and it was something like Cal Baptist 33 and UCLA 38. It was a 5 point game and then all of the sudden, UCLA was up 10 and 20 points. It was 52-9 UCLA in the 2nd half. Poor Lancers.
