A hoodie underneath a blazer is insane even if it wasn’t as ugly as you mentioned (it is)
 
I turned on Iowa-FDU in Q3. Both teams look just terrible. I've seen most of the quarter and only 2 made buckets.

Jazzy scored 31 in her first Tourney game. USC survives in OT.

Was between Fairfield-ND and Clemson-USC. Peeped the box score and whoa. What a drop off from the first quarter.

Yeah Iowa opened Q3 w/ an 8-0 run, I missed all of that. They were on a 6+ minute scoring drought by the end of the quarter.
 
And my feed to the game just disappeared (thru You Tube, it's wonky).

But against FDU? That’s more than just a bad day, isn’t it? That’s like a week of bad days all at once.

Certainly if you only saw them getting completely taken apart by UCLA in the Big 10 Championship game, you would think Iowa is a bad team. So 2 games in a row they looked underwhelming. But they got to the Big 10 Championship game, had to beat some decent teams to do it. I don't know. Maybe they've just totally lost their mojo all of a sudden. Don't know how to explain it. Not sure about weakest 2 seed of all time. I'd have to go back and look at all the 2 seeds ever, and I'm not gonna take the time to do that. Not to mention I'd really have no idea how good or not good some of the 2 seeds were from the 80s and 90s.

The Hawkeyes didn't look very good at all. I was also curious about their game design as in the first half they rarely exploited their height advantage in the paint.

FDU shot the ball very well. It wasn't until the last 8 minutes of the game that the Hawkeyes looked very animated.

This was in contrast to the first game in which was Virginia and Georgia were energetic. In fact that was an entertaining game, perhaps because it was much cooler at 12:30 in the arena I enjoyed it much more than the sauna that was the second game. Didn't seem to bother the Iowa fans but I did mention to the couple next to me at least in Arizona we do have air conditioning...lol

Uh oh. Vandy is scoring in bunches right out of the gate. Might have to rest starters after halftime.

edit--I think they scored 8 more points while I was typing; LSU they coming for your Tourney high score from yesterday

She is one I wish would transfer. She’s incredibly dominant at this level and Iowa State hasn’t done much if anything to capitalize on it.

My brain is getting scrambled. For some reason I thought this was her Sr. year. She's got one year left. If she keeps up like she has the last 2 seasons, she'll go over 3000 career points.
 
Syracuse took out Iowa St. After 100% chalk yesterday, we have a few small upsets today. Although a #10 over a #7 and a #9 over a #8, especially when both are P4 teams, is hard to get too excited about. But at least it's not all chalk.
 
Oops, USC was #9 over a #8 as well.

In the men's Tourney it's pretty much automatic, you pick the 9 to beat the 8 every time.
