NCAA Tourney games

Okay, I'm absolutely stunned by this. Washington is up 72-48 late in Q4. And SDSU started out the game up 13-3.

They won a game last year, I guess that counts as a while 😄

I thought Nebraska had it, but they collapsed at the end. Prince did all she could. Baylor up 3 w/ possession, 18 seconds left.
 
Gonzaga is turn over prone, Ole Miss likes to force TOs, that match up had trouble written all over it. Rebs up 16 at halftime, Zags w/ 10 TOs. Looks like Whittaker has been completely ineffective so far.
 
Baylor wins 67-62. Prince scored 27 (although not anywhere near as efficient as she was in their first game).

That round of games was...not very compelling.

I didn't get to see it, don't know if it was what Ole Miss did on D or Whittaker just had a bad game, but she was only 4-21 and held to 8 points, 11 under her average.

Balanced scoring for Ole Miss. Allie Turner had 27 for GU but not much help. 4th quarter rally made the score look not as bad as it really was.

I think the Texas game was over after about 5 minutes.
 
Green Bay up 3 at the half against Minnesota. Otherwise a bunch of blowouts in the other games. Pretty boring Day 1 so far. The gap between the P4s and the mid majors is growing. Thanks NIL.
 
LSU is not gonna get close to putting up 100 points on Jacksonville. Mulkey must be fuming. They are up by 30 though.
 
Green Bay led most of the game, but have completely fallen apart in Q4. Minnesota has surged past them. Nothing against the Gophers, but I was kinda hoping for at least 1 upset.

Wow, I'm really on top of it today. I thought the game was almost over. It's the end of Q3. LSU is gonna go way over 100. They are still pouring it on.

Was Minnesota playing possum for 3 quarters? 19-2 in Q4 and this one is almost into blowout territory now.
 
30-9 burst in Q4 for the Gophers, 75-58 final.

Minny vs Ole Miss is an interesting match up.
 
Announced just before tip off, Janiah Barker will miss today’s game against NC State, due to illness
 
LSU won 116-58. You can always count on Mulkey to run up the score as much as possible against an overmatched opponent.
 
Avery Howell showed today the magnitude of what Lindsay Gottlieb lost at USC. Avery and Kayleigh are practically an indictment of her coaching. This is also why I have no confidence she’ll be able to hold onto the current crop of stars, Jazzy Kennedy Saniyah and Sara. And if she hits the portal to fill out the team, it will get worse.
