I think it's time to start a thread. So, Nebraska, the team that wasn't supposed to be there, drilled Richmond by almost 20 in the first play in game. Spiders did not do themselves or non P4 teams in general any favors with that result.

Missouri St. has been in control most of the way. Closing in on beating Stephen F. Austin in the other play in game tonight. I don't think the Bears have won a Tourney game in a while.

Oops, Missouri St. has won at least 1 game in each of their last 3 appearances--2019, 2021, 2022.

No jinx tonight! They maintained around a 10 point lead all the way down the stretch.

In the Richmond game, Maggie Doogan had 24/10, about her averages, but she got little help from her teammates. The rest of the team shot just over 30%.

In contrast, Britt Prince, one of the nation's few 50/40/90 shooters, shot 71/100/100 for Nebraska.

Prince was 9/13 from two with one free throw and one three point shot. The 9/14 is impressive, but the other two are meh.

Doogan was 5/7 from 2 and 3/6 from three and made 5/6 free throws with 10 rebounds. Doogans overall game was more impressive.
