NCAA Tournament, Rd 3 - Thursday

Kaufman Renn pushed the TX player out of the way before he tapped in the winner
Better put, the Texas player let him do it and couldn't stand his ground. No ref is going to see that as a foul at that point in the game. You want to win? Hold your ground. Just playing soft.

I keep thinking Houston is in trouble and then I remember last year’s Duke game and realize that Houston has Illinois right where they want them.

Houston getting blown out on their home court. Houston is very small and it’s showing. They also run no semblance of an offense. Illinois not even playing great, but up 18

Sampson missed his chance at a national championship last season, couldn't close the deal.

Scoring no points when the committee gifts you a game in your backyard is pathetic.

Don’t bury them yet….

LOL at trying to minimize that foul. Dude wound up cold-cocking him. If he intended to, he would've been thrown out of the game. Still, the results matter.

I always liked Miller but glad to see him lose as he jerked around Xavier for a second time after they gave him a chance at redemption.
Still not good enough reason to root for Purdue.

This is just so bad from Houston. They've had some chances to try and get back into this and they don't pick up defensive rebounds right in front of them.

Game over.

Kelvin Sampson is offensively challenged to put it lightly. But the fact that they might be one and done in a home court arena has to be embarrassing.

We don’t need to see any more B1G teams crowding the field (no offense B1Gfan) so let’s take care of Michigan State tomorrow to prevent more of them.

Houston hitting random 3s to make this close but man they’ve been bad tonight
