Yeah, Ole Miss has lost their minds. A player pointed her bat at the ump while arguing a call, then another player bumped an umpire as she walked by. Poor sports.

Plain is amazing but she gets lots of strikes called down at the batter's shins. That spin looks brutal to try to hit though.

The strike zones have been erratic across the board this year. Some umps have a zone where you need a nine iron to get to some of these pitches.

Ole Miss made the right hire for sure, but it's a stretch to beat Arizona on their home field. Especially since the Alabama series their pitching has been woeful, and Arizona got 17 hits.

AZ is a good team. Ole Miss to put it nicely doesn't have the talent to match them but they play hard and are a scrappy bunch. Nothing to be ashamed of losing this series.

I was rooting for them. Giving up 20 hits to anyone is just ickk, but yeh I agree nobody expected them to win. Their sportsmanship could be better tho.

Michigan scored immediately. 2 on w/ 1 down, Plain pitching again but not off to a good start. Washington's lack of a 2nd pitcher might bite them big time.

Texas and Michigan scored within seconds of each other of each other in their respective games! Softball is incredible (and so unlike basketball in this way) because you can go hours with seemingly no 'action' and then a huge play develops when you least expect.

However it cannot be for Nelson, the pitcher currently warming up in the pen. She's the worst one on the entire staff, got rocked every appearance this season.

Coach Tarr has gone brain dead. W/ the way UW has been hitting (plus Michigan's pitching), 5-1 is an insurmountable lead. She's just casually watching Plain get destroyed.

UW's coach is not having a good game. She had no 3rd base coach. Had a runner on 1st, batter hit a double, runner held herself up at 3rd. What the hell is Tarr doing?!
