I don't usually find much humor in rape jokes but in your case, its even less funny.

You shouldn't try to be funny. Its a bad look.

"From what I hear he was the one doing the railroading and in some cases, I may be envious!!!"

The "he" is Harvey Weinstein and the railroading is the sexual assault of vulnerable women. Including rape.

I am assuming when he says he "may be envious!!!" he is talking about the one doing the raping, and not the victims, but its not clear.

Either way, its not a funny joke.
