Already tired of the "this should have been a regional final" talk. These teams didn't have great regular seasons.

Funny hearing Charles say this was the best Cal coaching job and the worst talent he ever had considering they had 3 top 12 recruits. Plus Ulis, Lee, Poythress etc, all top 25 kids.

Villanova's first half against Iowa might be the best half I saw anyone play this year.

Hilarious, certainly shows how much they watch college hoops. Here's the truth, if he was a great coach and didn't have so many promises out to kids he would have won it last year because Ulis was his best PG lastt year. Either he knew that and had to play the brothers who stayed or he didn't know that. Either way it tells the tale of his coaching excellence. He's good, he's not great. great would win very year with the talent he brings in I could care less about them being "freshman and 18-19 years old" which is his broken record.

I think he may be right though. Barkley absolutely roasted Skal yesterday and Briscoe is one of those top 12 guys and he's an ok player. Looking at that roster, who are future pros? Murray definitely, Skal probably due to potential alone, Ulis because he can play and then...? Briscoe has a lot to work on to be a pro (a robust 13% from three), Poythress and Marcus Lee have not improved much, the Australian kid? This was not a "typical" Kentucky team despite the high rankings of their recruits.

They looked outstanding; although Iowa was absolutely hideous defensively. Sooooo many wide open looks/transition opps.

SFA up 5 on Notre Dame in a good game right now with under two minutes.

Good game but some awful officiating. Refs definitely siding with ND right now.

That was a disgusting call in favor of ND.

It has seemed to me that refs have been favoring the higher seed all tourney.

But that call was just very weak by the ref.

Are you kidding me that foul call on SFU on that rebound? That is a game changing call.

2 horrendous calls in a row.

2 horrendous calls in a row.

Yup- the ND guys slipped and they called it a trip, then that call on the rebound.

Pretty egregious mistakes at that point in the game.

Those refs should be ashamed.

I can't even believe I sit here and watch this . That was WWE style fix job at the end. And these idiot coaches sit here and defer to these refs and let them get away with it.

Something good has to happen today, right? I mean, is this the way of the world?

I want to vomit up my corned beef and guinness from Thursday right now

All going as planned, as far as the NCAA is concerned.
