Would news of a Larrier commit in the next 24 hours turn off King at all on the Eve of his visit?
Didn't he say something about wanting to know what UConns roster was going to be when he comes up here?

A few were introduced in the 2014 tournament run, like @Brochacho's "Ball Don't Lie!" or "Flood Gates!" but a lot of the ones from previous years outside of 20 minutes and "You're Telling Me There's a Chance?" have fallen off to the wayside.

I believe the ultimate goal is to have King replace Danny Hams and Larrier replacing Miller.

OK 96%.. I am not sure what people expect. There is a reason why there is not a NY times like publication covering recruiting. Most of this is gossip and rumors

I'm not questioning sources or validity of sources but I'd say there are fewer than 5 posters that have any sources that aren't secondhand on any given recruit at best. I'd wager it's usually fewer than 5. I'm not saying that's a bad thing because there are a lot of good secondhand sources in recruiting that usually have good reads on the situations. I just think you are optomistic on the number of people with direct knowledge.

Because we assembled a staff that won a national title - and it takes a little more than missing out on a couple options for Daniel Hamilton's backup in one recruiting cycle to give someone a pink slip and create an opening.

We also have a head coach with a huge aura around him and more connections (below the NBA surface) than many people realize. He is getting legit interest from top recruits, making many "final lists," and seems to be able to land the kids he truly wants.

We as fans should want players who deserve to play for UConn (proper spelling? ) and bleed blue, not kids that are just using the program as a quick stepping stone to the NBA and are infatuated with a recruiter with slick words.

And Richardson isn't really even the ace recruiter on that staff. Joe Pasternack is a beast.
