Morgan Eye has not has a game since Sunday. Her Missouri squad plays Vandy tomorrow. I believe she has 351 and trails K by 6.
The ultimate shooter's touch. Best I've ever seen.I believe that K is at 357, only 35 from tying the record. The team has up to 12 games remaining. If she can average 3, she'll break the record by 1.
In today's game, she got a very friendly bounce on her first attempt and should have had one waved off because MoJett double-dribbled just before it. Regardless, K shot 5-6 in the first half, finding herself ridiculously wide open at times, and then 0-2 in the second half.
You are correct--35 to tie the all time record. fingers crossedI believe that K is at 357, only 35 from tying the record. The team has up to 12 games remaining. If she can average 3, she'll break the record by 1.

Morgan may be pressing; she usually shoots a lot better than that. Missouri is 15-12; can that get them a WNIT bid? Frankly, I don't think that Morgan can get to 392. I think she needs 39 threes in what could be as few as 3-4 games. Even if Missouri can miraculously get 8 more games, she's need to average 5 per game. Even if she doesn't make it to 392, Morgan should be in the top 10, which is a very nice accomplishment.Morgan eye adds 2 to her total in 11 tries against Vanderbilt today.
I'm totally confident KML will break the record. She has kept up her 3/game required average. Just keep doing what she's already doing. And we have a couple big games left in the tourney - she will step up when it counts and blow it away. I also think she is totally aware of the record and where she stands, and driven to break it.Morgan may be pressing; she usually shoots a lot better than that. I think Kaleena is going to be very close. A couple of big games would really help. On the other hand, an 0-fer will really hurt her chances.
I watched part of the game. Some shots were made too quickly and others from far away. Hence I was not surprised by the low shooting percentage.Morgan may be pressing; she usually shoots a lot better than that. Missouri is 15-12; can that get them a WNIT bid? I believe she missed 13 games over the past 2 seasons (12 and 1). Given her career average, she'd have about 395 now and be heading to 425.Go KML. She deserves it. If not for the injury and the illness, she'd have already passed it.

Missouri upsets the Aggies, but Morgan Eye has 0 threes and 0 points today. So I guess she stays at 353.1. Laurie Koehn, Kansas St..... 2002-05 392

I'd really like her to wrap this thing up before leaving Gampel (end of 2nd NCAA tourney game). The fans deserve to see it.5 more today puts her 367 and passing Maggie Lucas for 11th!

Alex, copy this pic!And how do I have an orangutan for an avatar???
I think her season record is 118 threes, from 2 years ago. If she gets 24 more, that puts her at 118 again and 395 for her career. Go Kaleena!OK, KML is up to 371 three-pointers after hitting four tonight against USF. I wouldn't have ever forgotten her missing the wide-open treys in the second half had she not gotten the extremely fortunate shooter's roll towards the end of the game. So now she's 21 shy of the record with (we hope) nine games left. Not to be a broken record, but if she can get her three (or better) a game, the record will belong to Kaleena. She's played 29 of 30 games and has 94 treys, so it seems likely she'll do it. Fingers crossed...
