This is really tough. All of UConn's starter were worthy of the Badass today. I'm going with Aubrey who had to step in for Dorka and played her best game ever as a UConn Husky.

Azzi should absolutely be player of the game, but player of the game is not the badass. That honor goes to Aubrey who spent a year recovering from back surgery and is out there banging away with larger players, diving footballs, and playing her best basketball. Pretty damn badass if you ask me!

Nika! yes, Azzi had a wonderful game and Lou was great second half and Edwards as a warrior and Aubry was ridicules good but Nika just created the pace of this game offensively and defensively for the team and kept it there the whole game.

When you set the record for assists in a game for a team that has had point guards like Sue Bird and Moriah Jefferson among many other good point guards, you are a badass. Nika!

They all played great, a bunch of badasses. Played really tough and held the lead through the final whistle, no let up. So many incredible performances today! Got go with Nika could have easily had close to twenty assists if a couple great lead passes were finished. She set the tone and never let up, great leadership!
