The numbers were bad, then Colorado left, the numbers must be even worse now. So this feels like a funeral for the Pac12.
Or snowtime......It's showtime.
I have heard rumors they are worse than you all think. Considerably less than what they are making now and not guaranteed but based on viewership. The numbers were bad, then Colorado left, the numbers must be even worse now. So this feels like a funeral for the Pac12.
They will be asking fans to remember to turn on all screens - all screens people! get them on. You're not a fan if you don't find a way to get 10 screens going for each PAC game (and coming all conferences everywhere in 2030!)I have heard rumors they are worse than you all think. LOL. We will be left behind so the XII can take teams whose games don't bring enough national interest that they can make any money televising them. Brilliant.I have heard rumors they are worse than you all think. Considerably less than what they are making now and not guaranteed but based on viewership.
I want to play poker with you. You're not wrong, but it's reasonable to project people strategy based upon their statements and actions.
I haven’t thought the Big10 will take Stanford and Cal for a long time. They just don’t move the needle for their contract. Washington and Oregon come close and USCLA need travel partners. The BiG is eventually going after some combination of Cal, Stanford, Oregon and UW. If you believe that, then what’s left?
Definitely! I'm not very good, but if you explain the rules to me I will do OK.I want to play poker with you.
Anything change on your end? You still hearing good things for us?FWIW - Utah has not contacted the Big 12.
The expectation is Colorado/Arizona/UConn/ASUAnything change on your end? You still hearing good things for us?
Stanford and Cal probably only get in if they're a package deal with Notre DameI haven’t thought the Big10 will take Stanford and Cal for a long time. They just don’t move the needle for their contract. Washington and Oregon come close and USCLA need travel partners.
Utah getting shafted by BYU is so ironicThe expectation is Colorado/Arizona/UConn/ASU
It's Utah's decision. BYU didn't try to block them.Utah getting shafted by BYU is so ironic
And Oregon/Washington are waiting for the BIG?It's Utah's decision. BYU didn't try to block them.

In the crazy world of conference realignment, UCLA and Washington are almost 1200 miles from each other and that is considered a travel relief relative to all the other trips.I haven’t thought the Big10 will take Stanford and Cal for a long time. They just don’t move the needle for their contract. Washington and Oregon come close and USCLA need travel partners.
I have also thought that FSU was a serious candidate for the Big10 if they could get out of their GOR. Clemson would be a huge surprise for me, though.
They don't want to be in a conference with BYU. Utah is out.The obvious problem for UConn is Utah calling if the AZ school's bolt.
That would be great, the Big 10 would then be 20 schools who have no chance of winning a college football or college basketball national championship. The BiG is eventually going after some combination of Cal, Stanford, Oregon and UW. If you believe that, then what’s left?
Now that's a rivalry. I'd love for them to be forced together somehow... Not at UConn's expense of course. They don't want to be in a conference with BYU. Utah is out.
People iz dum. They don't want to be in a conference with BYU. Utah is out.
