Yeah but this stipulation is interesting: "Air Force is apparently still in the running for a spot in the Big 12, but only as a prospective “football only" member."

At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if the B12 held a pressed where Bowlsby is at a podium with the hats of BYU, UC, UCONN, UH, CSU, Memphis, and probably a hybrid hat combining UCF/USF (since the twitteratzi can't distinguish the two) lined up in front of him. After thanking God, his parents, and the Administrators of the B12 schools for making him the person he is today and guiding his decision.... he will one by one put the hat(s) on of the 2 or 4 teams selected to join the B12.

This and Colo State being "back in" make me wonder whether the BYU and somebody else in the mountains for football only has some legs. That could be good or bad for us, depending on whether you think Houston is a lock.

And then he will accidentally pull the wrong hat.

If they actually wanted to expand, they should have just shut up after they announced they were not expanding, and then announced the additions at a later date. All of this means that people are not happy and are willingly to blab to whoever to get their own points across. The Big XII is so divided on this issue and who they want and that's why it's a media circus.
