Upside - if he punches a Pistons’ player this time around, he’s gonna get killed.

”didn’t do his job well”

lol…..yeah, that’s it. We need a Casual stamp for folks like you.

You’re not even in the orbit of knowing what you’re taking about.
I’ve heard about a lot of the nonsense Ollie pulled, but punching a player? If that happened, I hope he never steps foot on campus again.

You are allowed to post unsubstantiated rumors about him on this board. Someone says something they heard and all of a sudden 90 bonyarders seear they all saw it.

Why have you made it your job being the #1 Ollie defender?
Because for example over 50 percent of marriages end in divorce because 2 people can’t work it out. On this board it is used as a judge of his character. A lot of people who have never met him make stupid comments like he should give the money back. I am not number one. One of many. Same people should blame the person that made the decision not to pay him which cost much more in the long run.

I fully empathize with him getting a divorce. That doesn’t excuse him quitting on the job he was paid millions of dollars to do.

Not to mention he was fired 3+ years after the divorce, so this a silly justification to explain away his lack of effort.

Except all the so called experts make judgments without any real knowledge. The people who praised JC for screaming “ blanking hit him” were offended by a tape of KO using profanity as part of a motivational lecture he gave.

How do you know people don't have knowledge?

I have no idea what your second sentence even means.

Beacause for example UConn is recruiting OTE players. Wonder if they would consider them without going to KO.
Which OTE players is Connecticut recruiting?

In any event that wasn't your statement. Your statement was that Ollie going to Detroit was good for UConn. How is it good for UConn?

LOL, I'm a casual y'all.

I swear we find your intelligence declining by the second, the little you had.

The same way having players in the NBA does.

Having former UConn players in the NBA shows potential recruits that there's a path to being a professional heading through UConn.

Are you suggesting that having a coach who was fired for violating NCAA and University policies and received a three-year quote show cause penalty from the NCAA for those violations, who then accused the school of racism, who smeared a beloved Hall of Fame coach and then ended up coaching in the NBA will somehow attract a student athletes to the University of Connecticut? Because why exactly?

You tried to make this point over and over. Apparently not everyone agrees with you including the people who got to decide and anyone out side of this forum. Apparently you are wrong move on.

I definitely want to hear more from the people who have been completely and totally wrong about how the Ollie affair would turn out for the entirety of the proceedings. Those are the people that need to be heard from.

And if you could mix in a few insults from the guy who spent the entire pre-season complaining that the transfer portal was a disaster for UConn and the roster was a mess that would be great too.
