Kansas game

Man I don't like when you do this. It just feels like you're spitting in the face of the basketball gods.

Is there a possibility that UConn beats Kansas by 15+ at Allen? I suppose anything's possible but it feels like a highly unlikely outcome.

They have the best home court advantage in college basketball. I don't know if Peterson plays or not but you're talking about arguably the best player in college basketball and the first pick in the draft if he does. Even without Peterson Bidunga is a load. Is Tarris going to go from the guy who gutted out a few minutes yesterday to 100% on Tuesday? Maybe. Tre White has been very good. Tiller is a really talented player. Council has been a good distributor. And they're very well coached. The notion that they're "not actually good" and we're just going to go into Allen Fieldhouse and run over them seems silly.
At home or on a neutral court with a 100% Reed and Mullins we probably win fairly easily. At Allen Fieldhouse it will probably be our toughest challenge of the entire regular season.

Revenge for 23-24 Rusty Peterson and Reed + Mullins getting minutes. Whether it's by 1 or by 20, get the W and move on the Florida game (Revenge for 24-25)

5-1 in the OOC, BET Regular Season Title > Aligned for a #1 seed

I think it’s ok for someone to have some confidence in a matchup, whether he’s right or wrong.

Nope.

Kansas is not actually good this year imo. Taris and Mullins second game back. Off of minutes restrictions. Reibe confidence at an all time high. Solo due. Peterson rusty(if he plays). They won’t be able to score with us. Hurley revenge game in Lawrence. UConn +15. Statement game.
You think we will lose by less than 15??? Bold call Maverick

Then take it up with palatine. Who anointed him thread moderator and why police my posts when I was neither the first nor last to bring up SJU

I just get tired of folks hijacking threads with nonsense. Just pointing out the obvious.

Don't worry, comments on social media do not actually jinx the players in the real game.

Gotta agree. The Phog and Cameron are both roughy. Plus, who besides Alex has played them? No one. We have a somewhat young team that hasn’t faced that Lion den. I know playing at both Gardens is the big stage but KU has that environment on their very own campus. I envy what a Phog Allen Field house would look like in Storrs.

Ball played 29 minutes in that game 2 years ago.

Ask yourself the alternate question. Who on Kansas this season has played against UConn's intricate offensive sets? I think just Elmarko Jackson. And technically Jamari McDowell got in that game 2 years ago, but for less than a minute.

Our team is actually pretty damn old. We have a fifth year senior, a senior who has been here over 4 seasons, another senior, and 4 juniors in our 9 man rotation.

Kinda shocked that Elmarko Jackson played 32 minutes in that game. And Timberlake only 2 minutes lol. Looks like that was almost Elmarko's season high in minutes. He got down to 4 or 5 minutes in some games later on.
