She's coming back from an injury and doesn't appear to be in top form yet...........I suspect she'll be much quicker next season......

A potentially interesting matchup may be coming up in that tournament. After two games Lara has the second best overall numbers if you look at efficiency/minute, but the best numbers in this region were by a 7-3 center from China, who won their first two games easily. That player was putting up monster numbers, blocking shots without jumping, and scoring inside just shooting over players without having to elevate at all.

I'm not sure if Australia will have an answer for her or not, but Lara is the player most likely to get that assignment guarding a player with an 11 inch height advantage. Might be interesting.
 
Prawl will take her first official visit to Miami in September and she’s in the process of setting up future stops.

As of right now, Prawl is being recruited intensely by Notre Dame, Louisville, UCLA, South Carolina, UConn and others. According to 247.

She is also planning to take a visit to North Carolina, Arizona, Duke and Arizona State.

When we first started following Somfai a couple years ago, she was a tall skinny kid. Since then, she's become a much more substantial physical presence. She's more like Reagan Beers than like Cam Brink now. But she's a lot more mobile than Beers and has better handles than Brink. She looks like the premier post presence in that class.

I'm not even sure she should be considered a post player..........more like a power forward with a wing's ball handling and shooting skills........regardless, if and when she gets under Geno's tutelage the sky's the limit......
 
27' Kaleena Smith - one of the best prospects we've had the chance to evaluate in a very very long time. Kaleena reads & processes the game at a high level. Her I.Q. & knowledge on the court is incredible. Can finish around the rim w/ either hand. Shoots the ball from anywhere on the court effortlessly & efficiently.

Saniyah Hall 2026 Guard Laurel HS (OH)

Nothing I say on here will do justice to just how good Saniyah is and how good she played. Saniyah started the day off getting anywhere she wanted on the floor scoring at all three levels. She scored from deep, scored in the paint, scored in transition, and she most impressively consistently stripped the ball handler on defense for easy layups on the other end. Hall played all three games with a bullseye on her back, and in each game, she rose to the occasion and dominated.
