I want to like Jay Wright, but he’s a dead ringer for the general counsel at my company who’s a huge d.bag, so that complicates things.

This is the effect of the mercenary portal and NIL on college basketball.

This makes it easier for UCONN to dominate the Big East conference.

With Jay Wright gone, the Big East is now relegated to PAC-12 level in the best basketball conferences reality.

My hatred of the Main Line makes it impossible for me to like Villanova, but what Wright built there over his 20+ years was impressive. Neptune was involved in recruiting most of the roster, which should help the transition.
