Anyone realize this guy went to Michigan?

Yeah, big discussion about him last spring. Can’t remember details but I think consensus was slow not really that athletic, good player, not enough juice for next level??

Wrongo!

Yeah, Wolf is going to be a lottery pick. Not everyone here thought he was too slow last spring; it was pretty obvious he was a big time talent.

Don’t have them this year, but may next.
I don’t recall ever seeing Samson shoot a squared up 10-15 foot jumper. Anyone?? With his ability to elevate he’d be shooting down at the basket.

My bet is he can do that, and unless he is getting fed for a dunk it would be good if he wasn’t guarded close.

I think it’s safe to say if he demonstrated he could shoot it consistently in practice he would take then during game.

Scheyer just got a T arguing a call where he ran out onto the court almost to the Duke logo at the center of the court. I hope all of the media and people that kill Hurley for his interactions with the refs have something to say about this one. I can’t recall Hurley ever running that far out onto the court before.

I hate to admit it but Duke moves the ball much better than UConn. Their ball movement in the first half looked great and defense much better than the good guys.

They have big weapons - it’s a lot easier when you have multiple guys that can go over or around you, teams have to defend differently. I want nothing to do with them in March - just hitting their stride.

And Cooper did have a great game today. They will be tough in March. On defense, they don't seem to let many men go by them.

Auburn's Johni Broome went down with a nasty looking ankle injury in the 2nd half which looked way worse than when McNeeley got hurt. (Couldn't post during our game since no posting during a game).

I saw that in real time since the UConn game was in commercial. I hated seeing it. Broome was agonizing in pain which made it tougher to watch. Hopefully it ends up being more minor than it looked and he only misses 2 games max. His ankle turn looked bad, but it was not as bad as McNeeley's, or so it seems as I will refrain from sounding definitive with that. But the problem is that Broome couldn't put any weight on his left leg because of the left ankle turn.

Watched Iowa St Tex Tech and now watching Fl-AR
Don’t see anything we can’t handle

NC State took way too long to get something going, gave them no chance to foul and extend if they missed
