You're asking ridiculous questions with a tone as if he did nothing wrong. He was arrested based on reports from multiple witnesses, if you can't figure out what he did wrong, fill out a request for the police report.You're the one one getting testy.

The kid left with the friend he ran into.
I didn't speculate about any injuries. I simply tried to explain why leaving immediately would still be evading responsibility whether or not he, or his friend, was injured.
You don't understand how a "large field of debris" in the road could have potentially injured someone? I'm not saying it did, I'm saying the law requires you to stay long enough to make sure no person or other property is injured. He obviously didn't do that.
