Can anyone actually shoot the ball anymore? I know, a cold night for all……..for what 20 kids? Wow ugly stuff……..nice T by Stackhouse who decided to say one thing which resulted in keeping the other team in the game. I know he couldn't have coached anyone!

Appreciate Adams for helping dish some nice passes to our commit KJ Lawson

Only saw half of the fourth quarter so I did not get much on Jalen with the big men dominating, though toward the end he pushed and dished from almost out of bounds on a break. He looks strong and aggressive, I think we have a lot to look forward to.

he's a magician with the ball, going to be one of the better passers weve had

That one-handed crossover at 2:02 was pure filth, and #1 on the blue squad nailed his Gary McGhee impression.

I don't know, I'm a little concerned about the nefarious street sign he throws up at the 15 second mark.

to be fair, he didn't really get his ankles broken there like McGhee, he was just tripped by #42.

Does this kid have a weakness? After watching this video I'm not even sure the kid knows what a weakness is.

I have to admit that I wrote this board's initial adulation for Adams as inevitable fawning over a New England kid and that you clowns just naively assumed that basketball lightning stuck twice in that part of Mass. Won't know for sure until he puts on the husky uniform and starts producing, but I'm bearish on my initial disregard for what he brings to the table

He is phenomenally creative finishing in the paint. It's the same kind of trait we saw out of two recent star PGs.

I don't think Scote can use the hobbits reference for this video. But I could be wrong. This kid is ridiculous.

This kid's a baller. KO is sitting front row with Ricky Moore at one of his games.

On physical talent, he looks well beyond what Napier looked like when he came to Uconn. This kid resembles Derek Rose a little--not as thickly muscled but this kid has a lottery type talent from the PG position size skills athleticism.

His stroke is downright sexy, ups are unreal, plus a midrange game. Even saw some good court vision and passing. If he plays D, KO is a winner with this recruit.

Amazing how we reload at the guard position. Love that he can create for himself at will and for others too.

People forget how good Napier's shot and play making abilities were when he was in high school:

Well, none of these kids ends up shooting 100% like they do on their videos.

But it looks like we got ourselves a good one.

His shot is actually a bit inconsistent, release point varies when he shoots threes and still a bit of a push shot and not a jumper from three. But for a junior in high school, that's one of the more correctable things.

If that's the case we just have to put him on the Ben Gordon/Kemba Walker plan and he'll be an all American and top 10 pick by his junior year.

few things i've noticed..

- as stated above needs to work on his jumper, doesn't look balanced, feet seem to be to close together, release point is off
- unreal vision he finds holes in defenses and passing lanes very few players his age can find
- velocity on passes is ridiculous hopefully we find some players with good hands to put around him... don't see our current bigs being able to catch those passes
- his long arms allow him to dribble very close to the ground which makes it very difficult for opponents to steal the ball and give him great upside as a defender
- love that he always plays on his toes, never flat footed

@BallasTV: 2015 Jalen Adams will transfer to Brewster Academy in the fall he graduated from Cushing this spring.

Looks like he's moving to New England's high school basketball powerhouse. I'm going to try and confirm it with him shortly.
