What impressed me most is how long his arms are. I don't know what his wingspan is, but it looks like this kid will play a lot bigger than what his height dictates. I think Adams is going to be special and that will become evident very early on.

He does get backboard-level with his head when he jumps so I'm sure that helps (although he does have at least a decent wingspan). You know the longer I look at this picture the more I think he has an even bigger bounce than Boat. Give boat 3 inches and I still don't know if he gets this high.

This guys bounce is unreal . When did we ever have a guard that was a windmill specialist (BG?) ? Gonna be hard to keep him off the floor

Literally and figuratively.

I think he's going to be a stud. A great player. You can tell he loves and wants to be at uconn. But he's going to struggle at times and I see the board blowing up when he does.

Correct. It's a combination of hops and arm length, which doesn't exist in my family's gene pool.

Don't get me wrong, it's still great. But everyone knows it's easier to jump without the ball in your hands. Why do you think he threw it off the wall? For fun?

He's throwing a basketball off a wall so he can throw down an insane windmill dunk in a casual enough environment where people are videoing him.

No he's doing it for fun.
You made it sound like you didn't understand why throwing it off the wall matters.

His head is well below the rim. Visual error due to camera shot from below. However.....hebdoes a wind mill off of two feet from outside the charge circle. Impressive.

Yes, believe it or not, he completed a windmill dunk after throwing the ball off the back wall in a UConn practice facility in the middle of summer FOR FUN.

This is UConn basketball in the eyes of the almighty boneyard, of course he's not allowed to have fun!!!!!!!! *sarcasm*

I don't know. If he had a nubile woman or two clinging to his back when he threw down that dunk that would have been FUN. What he did was pedantic.
