At The University of Memphis, the School of Hospitality and Resort Management building is a fully functioning Holiday Inn. It's a pretty cool set-up.

Vanderbilt has a Marriott right on West End Ave, just a stones throw to the on-campus football stadium and about 100 yards to Memorial Gym ... but then, at UConn the football stadium is in East Hartford, so there's that.
