End of 1st quarter...Iowa State seemingly hit everything. 23-12, Cyclones.

Kim should focus on recruiting more shooters instead of athletes only. I find this to be a problem in the mens game a lot with a lot of these "top" recruits. Freak athletes but struggles with a lot of basics.

Nalyssa Smith ran over Andrews as she was grabbing the rebound

Jaden Owens looks to be one of the few who are attempting to play D. Egbo isn't trying.

Owens keeping Baylor alive on offense and defense. Could be a Chasity Patterson type impact for Baylor if she gets the minutes.

Run is now 14-0 for Baylor...and they have taken the lead.

Carolyn Peck announcing..ugh
Here’s a gem from her: Baylor is missing two of their 3 pt sharpshooters-Carrington and Bickle.
Um Dijanae is shooting 28% this year and 28% for her career. And Bickle is 2-12 .167. And as @SECbbfan24 correctly noted, this team is 32-105 or 30% on 3s this year.

LOL! They are still showing the little teaser box in the right hand corner advertising the now-postponed NC State-Louisville game that was supposed to be tomorrow. Someone isn't keeping up with the rapid changes in the schedule!

Halftime, with Iowa State leading Baylor, 34-33.

Good game so far. I just have a feeling Baylor will win running away late in this one.

Iowa State always seems to give Baylor trouble. They play hard. Only thing salvable for Baylor is Jaden Owens performance.

This game reminds me of last year where Baylor allowed Iowa State a bunch of wide open 3's

That was obvious but they still called the foul on Andrews. Not the first time the officials gave calls to Baylor. Womens basketball officiating is just down right bad.

I'm talking about Nalyssa Smith (Baylor) ran over her own teammate Sarah Andrews (Baylor) on the rebound. Andrews was on an island to get the rebound by Smith decided to try to take it for some reason.

Baylor should just go with a smaller/quicker lineup.

Didi needs to come out of the game. She's hurt right now.

Cyclones holding on to a 47-46 lead at the Q3 media timeout.

Didi needs to come out for a little.

Iowa State is out rebounding Baylor

Honest question, not intending to bash a player, but how was Andrews ranked as high as she was? She struggles with A LOT of basic fundamental things I would expect from a top recruit.

Gusters isn't in the physical shape to compete in games like this. Which is why she rode the bench vs Arkansas.

56-50, Iowa State...going to the 4th.

Richards still a little gimpy and not at full strength. Guess Kim doesn't have any choice but to leave her in but she's hobbled.

Iowa State looks like they will likely pull it out unless something changes. Baylor's D is not very good and their offense isn't very efficient.

They definitely miss Carrington and Bickle. Bickle will at least rebound and play defense while Egbo fouls out.

I can see why J. Oliver isn't running the point
