Are there many UConn students living in Coventry Lake? This would have been a great setup. A Friend with a boat would have been amazing

there is a big problem between verbal communication with the school and the fraternities. Cops are constantly shutting parties down and even recently has been trying to keen in on tailgates. Fraternities spend more time trying to make sure they dont get busted then they do actually enjoying themselves. I can't imagine there cant be a smart resolution. The cops obviously are worried about people walking drunk home after the firetruck incident, so more parties are off of hunting lodge road than ever before, celeron is dead. IMO Uconn should run a bus route on weekend nights through hunting lodge road, problem solved. Sorry for the rant

The red house on Storrs Rd across from the Baptist Church is arguably one of the best houses near campus. Idk if it's still a rental but you can fit a few hundred people in that house no problem.
It has definitely made the rounds. It was the business frats main house for a while, then sig chi, then unaffiliated, then it was TKE. That's the last I knew.I know when I left a sorority had that house, want to say it was Delta Gamma. Awesome spot and definitely worth renting if it is available.

My wife lived in a really nice place on the lake during her senior year. End of a cul-de-sac, new house on a hill.
Stamford Branch for 2 years then McMahonGot this idea from another thread. Thought it would be a good summer thread.
Did my freshman year at SCSU, then:
08-09 Alumni; Watson, 4th Floor
09-10 Busby; 237 or 247, somewhere around there.
10-11 Charter Oak; Hough, 101

I think I'm most surprised by how old its making me feel lolAre you surprised at how old or how young?
Was it new construction? Marble countertops, big chandelier, fire pit in the backyard? I went to a few of those parties.I had some friends that lived in a nice-ish house down Moulton Road
