Well duh! Liam was a primary option on a much weaker team.
McNeeley had a much more limited upside than Mullins, Hawkins, etc. due to lack of athleticism. He made the right choice.
He brings nothing else to the table?! He has plus size and athleticism at SG. His mid range stats going into the tourney were top 5 in the country. His defense improved considerably throughout the year and he’ll eventually be able to switch 1 through 3. He just turned 19.
