didn't realize how many NBA scouts we had on the boneyard
Kemba yes....bazz...i was less sure. Probably not. Can't really remember.2 of the 3 players you mentioned are freshmen and the other is a sophomore. Would you have predicted Bazz or Kemba to the NBA after their freshman seasons? Players with talent get better and all 3 have plenty of talent.

And thus, I see a short run in the ncaa tourney. I remember kemba lighting up Kentucky in Maui and it was obvious he was nba ready. He was so much better than everyone else on the court. This team won't have the best player on the court for every game.
For those of you who think Hamilton is a lottery pick I must say you have Uconn tinted glasses on. His game reminds me of Deandre Daniels.

How many drugs are you on?Omar Calhoun could easily be the beset NBA prospect on the team. K.O. is doing a poor job utilizing him in the rotation. Omar is clearly the best shooter on the team and one of the best shooters in the Country. Omar should be in the starting line up, as they line up lacks perimeter shooting.

Poor handle on DHAM? You must still be watching some of his early games last year. He might have the 2nd best handle next to JA on the team and creates so much our offense off of it. Wow guy please step away from the ledge. We are 6 games into the season and people want to give up. LOL!Thin, tall, crafty around the basket, decent passer, poor handle and average outside shot. I think that describes both of them.
Hoopdreams, are you Omar's mother, father, or grandparent?Omar Calhoun could easily be the beset NBA prospect on the team. K.O. is doing a poor job utilizing him in the rotation. This is the most %%####ed post I have seen here and that's saying a lot as the Boneyard is a pretty liberal forum where all things are considered. I know your just trolling though, but seriously come on now. All were missing is a Nnamdi Amilo sighting.
I can see DHam, Adams, Enoch and Miller all playing in the NBA. And despite the holes in his game, Brimah will probably get a shot as well.
Well duh. Shoot at the king, best not miss.Omar from The Wire is a better shooter than our Omar.
Kawai Leonard actually has one of the longest wingspans and largest hands in the NBA, whereas Hamilton's biggest NBA stock knock is his short wingspan. When I think of Daniel Hamilton I can see him like a Kawaii Leonard-like player at the next level.
Jury is still out on everyone else.
Didn't we recently have this discussion? Or was it about Purvis? Just because someone's wingspan is equal to his height (if DHam's is less, I stand corrected), that isn't "short." That's called "developmentally typical."Hamilton's biggest NBA stock knock is his short wingspan.
IMO Shonn Miller is a much better comparison for Kahwi LeonardWhen I think of Daniel Hamilton I can see him like a Kawaii Leonard-like player at the next level.

I still don't understand this Brimah infatuation as a first round NBA pick. He is a borderline 2nd round pick at best. He is just too thin and unrefined and too old for anybody to invest in him. He doesn't even dominate at the college level especially against the better teams. He can block shots but not much else. He fits in our system but no NBA team is going to waste a pick on someone like him especially due to his age. Only DHAM and JA have NBA talent on the team currently. RP might be a borderline NBA pick also but I he will have to improve his shot selection to really be considered. Still have to see how SE develops before I can make a judgement on him.NYC nobody on this team is Kemba or has the NBA potential to have Kemba's effect and productivity in the NBA. That is probably true, but there are NBA level talent on this team.
Hamilton and Brimah are NBA level players who will have a shot at the league. What they do there is up to them. Jalen Adams will also have a chance in the future. We haven't seen enough of Enoch yet to say yes or no, but has the tools needed to made the NBA.
Most importantly there is enough talent on this team to win a NCAA title. We won it all in 2014 with one NBA player. If we win it all this year, I can guarantee you that both Hamilton and Brimah will be first round picks.

NBA players are not developmentally typical. There aren't a ton of successful wings in the league with wingspans of 6-foot-8 or less.Didn't we recently have this discussion? Or was it about Purvis? Just because someone's wingspan is equal to his height (if DHam's is less, I stand corrected), that isn't "short." That's called "developmentally typical."
