Every loss some chucklehead throws a tantrum and hammers Hurley. You could set your clock to it. We got outrebounded, Bouk and the team shot poorly, our most effective player got in foul trouble, and we lost our point guard for the stretch run. Rage posting about the coach is a simpletons errand without any nuance.

We shot 20% from 3, they outrebounded us by almost 20. Anyone want to blame Hurley for that? On top of that Bouk was 1/2 the player he is usually. Creighton has great D. Give credit but we have to execute , shoot better and not miss 500 2 footers. The good news is extra rest and the tourney. This is forgotten. When? Sunday at 7 pm.

Some of you are miserable. We’re going to the tourney for the first time in 5 years. And playing some great basketball of late. And this is all you can conjure up after a tough loss. Turn in your fan card

Totally outcoached tonight. No FG in last 7 minutes...Are you kidding me? He had the deer in headlights look & didnt know how to change things up to get an easy basket or 2 down the stretch. Same pattern with him in close games against good teams over the years. Nothing has changed.

Please. Do remember where we were in 17-18? I do. Getting our asses.kicked by 20+ points in multiple games. Non-competitive in the non-conference and a second division team in the AAC.

In Year 1, the team was coming together...peaking when they were throttling Wichita State at Gampel...until Gilbert collapsed in a heap with the facial injury.

In Year 2, arguably the best team in the AAC coming down the stretch. Covid stopped their season as they were peaking.

Year 3, back to the dance with two brutal pauses and injuries to Bouknight and Akok.

Hurley's recruiting is on fire. He is ready to put a player in the NBA. And, by the way, could be poised to make a run to the second weekend of the dance.

Not too shabby. Next level???.... We're already there...so why don't you consider downing a big frosty mug of STFU.

The OP is a but if you are not just a little tad concerned with what you are seeing from Hurley in these tough games against NCAA opponents than you aren't being honest. Whiffing on all 3 chances against Creighton is pathetic.
Remember that time we got blown out by Louisville every time we played them. Then won a ship... games are about matchups. This isn’t great & we could/should have beat them 1-2 times. Didn’t happen though. To say we aren’t in a good place is a wild take

How does this awful take crop up after every single loss. They just held a team that averages 79 points a game to 59. The 11th best offense in all of college basketball and they looked .

So the offense fell apart at the end as Bouk was far from 100% tonight and lost their star point guard due to bleeding from the head.

So disrespectful to Hurley man. He has brought UConn back from the dead and it's only year 3.
These posters crawl out from their holes after losses to hijack the board. They don’t post here regularly. Banning would be great

It's not pathetic. Creighton is a really good team with way more post season experience. The program is headed in the right direction and is making consistent and steady progress and is nowhere near its peak under Dan Hurley.

@Deepster Can your decision as Juuurdge involve forcing everyone to put OP on ignore?

You could probably be a little more subtle than only coming on here after losses and posting the same garbage

Hurley just hasn’t figured out how to win the big ones yet. It will come. Truth is we lost another one down the stretch, which is frustrating to see. So close, yet still not there yet. B Team on the court with 8 minutes was really questionable given the circumstance, kept Adama on the bench too long when he was the X factor, and he didn’t really extend the game very well. On to bigger things. Let’s gets some Ws in the Big Dance.

Whaley played great, as did Sonobo. The rest of the guys were spotty. Martin and Gaffney took some wild shots. We didn’t rebound well. And Bouknight had a miserable night, missing quite a few of his normally easy shots. On to bracket Sunday.
