I agree. I think Dan Hurley is fed up with Polley’s overall game.He will make the easy play and pull Polley as a starter.
Good, now follow through.
And the countdown until the emo Instagram posts from the players has begun.
He didn’t score in the game......that’s part of the problemPolley is not the problem.
What gifts though exactly? He’s a fairly quick but short point guard who doesn’t exhibit the explosiveness he did in high school. I think some people on the board vastly overrate his current athleticism.about time I’ve been waiting for this. AG is blessed with a lot of athletic gifts and he is wasting them with his poor decisions. All the tools to be successful and he just won’t simplify things.
He made a lot of changes throughout the course of the game tonight and nobody raised the bar when they went in by much, to me Gaffney is nowhere near ready to lead the team offensively and is even further behind defensively. Brendan Adams doesn’t take care of the ball well enough to run the team.....
But it’s not the necessary play. AG has to sit until he shows he will only take 3 open shots a game.I agree. I think Dan Hurley is fed up with Polley’s overall game.
Agreed once he puts the ball on the deck it’s usually a bad decisionI hate when adams penetrates in the half court. First step isn’t great and he forces it. It works sometimes against bad teams. But as a spot up shooter, fast break finisher and tough defender he should definitely have a role, just not at starting pg.
The funny thing is, he's been using his athleticism for lockdown D. Its just not working on his drives, he hasn't mastered a pull up or floater, his 3's haven't been falling and his decision making has been questionable. What gifts though exactly? He had ZERO points and one rebound as a junior “leader”. That’s not part of the problem?? He wouldn’t be my choice to replace in the starting lineup but when he’s not getting open looks from 3, his value is nonexistent.Polley isn’t the problem.
Polley is not the problem.
Lol at Polley being the problem
He might not be THE problem. But having us start 4 against 5 isn't doing us any favors. Wrong game to rush and defend him.Polley isn’t the problem.
