OT: How many MLB parks have you visited?

Fenway - Most visits, 40+ games on '74 (including first & last game w/streaking), '75 World Series, '78 Bucky F Dent game. Maybe once since bleachers were closed in. Never with seats on The Wall
Yankee - Old, pre- & post-renovations, for Yankees & Newport Jazz Fest (most memorably BB King)
Yankee - New
Shea - Original & re-clad exteriors, for Mets, Jets, Who/Clash/David Johansen, Police/REM/Joan Jett
Citi
Busch - Current version
Riverfront - '76 World Series games 1&2, including the night game w/Bowie Kuhn wearing a sweater
Kingdome - Amazing echoes with ~2,000 attendance
Three Rivers - For 1975 Pitt-Penn State football game, and from a dust-avoiding vantage point when it was imploded in 2001
Comerica - only photographs from the outside; Tigers were on the road

Nice List Hans. Joseph’s been to 2 parks so he was excited to hear about the rest. It was a cool distraction to everything bad in the sport currently.

You had 25 different parks and felt you had to pad the list further by delineating Yankee Stadium I vs Yankee Stadium II? :confused:

After reading some of these, I'll not only add Yankee II, but also Petco, where I walked around the grass area behind the scoreboard during a game, walked by the entrances at Arlington, Safeco, and Target, and drove within 200 yards of another dozen.

It was the last year it was open I think... it was dumpy, and I was young, but I do remember how far away dead center was... CF was playing 100’ short of the fence.
 
Polo Grounds (My first [1949] & still my favorite. Taking Willie Mays out of the PG was a crime against Nature!)

By virtue of being born in 1977. I never got to experience Yankee Stadium I. My first experience in the Bronx was in the 1997 ALDS. I went to the new one as a wedding present from my best man in 2009.

Incidentally, sat in the Monster Seats for the same reason, but that gift was from my brother.

Also: I saw an Oakland A's regular season game at Cashman Field in Las Vegas when the Coliseum was under repair about 20 years ago. We used to go to Doubleday Field in Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame game when we were kids, but those were exhibitions so it was more like going to spring training games.

My mistake - when I first looked at your list I thought you had both I and II in there, which is the same park. Obviously III is different.

No issues on my end.

My view on Yankees Stadium is that even if I were old enough, I'd still consider I and II different parks for this exercise.

Same footprint, but the building was gutted and rebuilt from the inside out. The renovation took two years and the only remaining structure were the outside facing walls.

I can’t recommend PNC Park enough. I’m a Pirates season ticket holder (cue laughter) so it’s easy to take it for granted at times, but if you can make it down here, it’s truly worth it.
 
My podcast guest had three or four must see parks. A few he loved for food. One the food was horrible. He maps out his epic great American road trip in great detail. Writing a book soon too. He’s passionate about the game and hurt by the recent black eye in cheating. Attending all 30 parks in one Summer (2013) is an episode you'll want to hear. Especially if you’ve been upset about baseball recently. Let me know what you think. My son and I would appreciate the feedback. It’s the first time we had a studio guest, long distance call. Enjoy!
