Yellow bird makes some awesome stuff. Their habanero sauce is great if you have a high heat tolerance.1. Franks Red Hot which i can put on almost anything.
2. Sriracha for only asian food.
3. Nandos Peri Peri (Medium, Garlic, Hot, Lemon & Herb) on almost anything
4. Hot Ones Los Calientes - might be my favorite hot sauce ever
5. Tapatio
6. El Yucateco
7. Cholula
8. Yellowbird Serrano
In no specific order. Usually decide based on whatever i'm feeling that day what i'm eating.
hmmm, this looks interesting
Dad is West Indian so I grew up with this as a staple in the house, just a couple of dabs because its hot as hellhmmm, this looks interesting
By far the best hot sauce I've ever had. Free shipping on all orders too. I'd recommend trying the No. 14 hot sauce, the No. 10 is amazing too. There's this company based out of Portsmouth New Hampshire called Philbur's. Best hot sauce I've had. Never tasted anything like it.

Okay boomer. For those of you doing the twitter/UConn hot sauce thing, here’s my old man moment - I love the idea and the cause, but please be careful. Drinking shots of hot sauce with a super high scoville (spelling?) rating can put you in the hospital.

It's interesting because it's sort of chunky. It's almost like something between a traditional commercial hot sauce and a super concentrated, spicy salsa. Devoured a bunch of it with smoked pork loin last night. Yummy.I will log in tomorrow and check them out.
Which one?I've been really pleased with a recent hot sauce purchase. Most of what I buy doesn't get repurchased but this will. Very nice flavors not just heat.

Nice! I see my Inner Beauty right in the center there--check that out if you haven't yet.Habernero is the one I have. It bodes well for the brand in my opinion.
Side note for anybody visiting the Boston burbs near Westborough. Julio's liquors is one of the better whiskey and beer stores you'll find anywhere. It also has a very strong barrel picking group that goes by the name of Loch & Key. This is about half or 2/3 the hot sauces they have available.

I am a big fan of Julio's. Used to be a regular stop anytime I was in the area buy I haven't been in several years.
Yeah they sell all the other flavors here, too, but I figured I’d try the flagship one. We’re staying in our own villa so we are shopping and preparing most of our own meals, and this stuff is totally versatile. Great with loaded chicken nachos last night (made with leftovers from the two rotisserie chickens we bought the night we landed) and even better with my eggs this morning. We will definitely kill this bottle before we leave and I will probably buy a few of these and the other flavors to take home.Interesting. They make a lot of them it seems. Dvanyas Hot Sauces
I've been really loving this one.
