all these future cast radars have the heaviest rain out of East Hartford area by noon anyhow, so I don't think it will be too "horrible"

and all those things happen before noon except beer kiosks. Which are mostly run by volunteers - who I imagine would all no show. Yeah lemme sell 5 beers today and stand in a wind tunnel with water dripping down from the upper deck all day.

It’s going to pour in 45 degree weather with gusts up to 35. The crazy people are the ones who don’t stay home.

That seems to be the plan. Personally I’d find a spot at the top of the lower bowl in the corner under the big scoreboard. That’s the best spot to hide from the wind.

Behind the red line is just going to be too many people, garbage bag and last row in the corner is the spot.
