Yeah.really?
Yeah.really?
Nah, let them get sent back to Ohio State where they belonged.Burn them!
YOPB
Yes, it was in fun.really?
really?Yes, it was in fun.
For some reason, you've been in popping up all over the board since the loss lecturing people on the way you think they should behave. It can be annoying at times but right now is especially bad timing.

People are allowed to state their opinions and feelings without having to worry that you're going to point out how it's disrespectful to another team. Yes, a lot of people here are objective but it's not required to be a UConn fan or to post on the Boneyard.really?
"really" was being sarcastic...
since the loss? geesh Ive done that much damage in 5hrs![]()
I actually liked the uniforms. It did have an Ohio St feel to them, where that idea came from I don't know. But it was a nice change of pace. Look at the bright side, they only have to wear them one time---right?I do too.I think you mean "Just NOT UConn."
Well, then I represent that comment.I do too.
Yep, hated them on the men as well. I guess I'm not demographic Nike is aiming for.I sure do

I agree. I thought they were pretty cool looking. And iirc Geno said the girls really liked them. But yea they were just not UConn.Tough room, man.I actually liked the uniforms. Me too. How is gray and red UCONN? Depressing.I sure do

Nike pays UConn 10 Million $ a year to wear Nike uniforms and shoes in all sports; so Nike calls the shots.
If Nike says "we think you will look great in Ohio State colors" -- UConn's response is "Gee, that will be cool. Whatever you guys want."
Follow the money.
It makes me sick. UConn's white Unis with "UConn" on the chest are a part of the teams history and pride. There is a lot of meaning in "defend our uniforms" for all good teams with traditions to be proud of.
I sure do

I guess it's one of those "eye of the beholder" things. Could be worse, though, could be Maryland.
Think it was Underarmour, no?I believe that Reebok in an effort to be more like Nike is responsible for the Maryland debacle.
Think it was Underarmour, no?
Yep, right as usual. At any rate the trend is distrubing. I will now have to divide my disdain for Nike and share some for UnderArmour.Think it was Underarmour, no?

Think it was Underarmour, no?
It was announced at the XL, before the game, that the new unis were made from recycled plastic soda bottles.
That explains it.

I was worried about that clear thing. And they don't have clear recycled bottles?![]()
